POLICY:
Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.
Payment can be made by Credit Card, Bankers Draft, Cheque or Cash.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 100 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $150.00. For cancellations less than 100 days prior to arrival and more than 45 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 50% booking total. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
Rules: Smoking Policy:
Absolutely No Smoking in doors!
Smoking is not permitted outside the house. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Garbage:
Ants are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean and free of crumbs. Dispose of all trash appropriately.
Telephones:
Local calls are free.
Bedroom Air-conditioning:
All air-conditioning units are to turn off when not in use.
On Departure:
All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival.
The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down.
Air-conditioning should be turned off.
All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can.
Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings.
Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors.
